Delivery Costs
- Standard shipping is FREE for $150+ orders.
- Standard shipping for orders under $150 is flat $9.95 regardless item quantity and shipping address.
Delivery Service and Options
Orders placed: Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.
Tracking Numbers for Shipments
- All orders are sent with Australia Post.
- Orders will be trackable the day after the package leaves our location.

- All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.

- All toys come with a 30 day replacement warranty.
